Season 1 recounts Jenifer Faison’s shattered marriage to Spencer Herron, a respected educator revealed as a sexual predator. Through sharing her story, Jen finds healing and community.

Season 2 follows Ashley Lytton’s fight for justice against a predator close to home, revealing a widespread issue.

In Season 3, Stacey Rutherford discovers her husband, Dr. Justin Rutherford, harbors dark secrets, shattering her perfect image of him.

“Betrayal: The Perfect Husband” on Hulu, produced by Glass Entertainment Group, garnered record viewership and critical acclaim and Season 2, premiered in the summer of 2024.

The Betrayal series won the iHeart Podcast Award for Best True Crime Series at SXSW in 2024. Season 4 of the podcast was released in May of 2025, reaching #4 on Apple’s Top Podcasts.

Season 5 of the podcast will release in January 2026.
