Nancy Glass

Nancy Glass, an Emmy-award winning producer and investigative journalist is the CEO of Glass Entertainment Group, the leader of Glass Podcasts and an Executive Producer on each of the company’s audio series. Nancy has built an impressive portfolio of production companies, including Glass Podcasts, that have made Glass Entertainment Group one of the largest independent production companies in the world. Glass Entertainment has been named to the Global 100 List of Production Companies for the past five years and she was named as one of Variety’s Impact Report as one of the “Titans of Unscripted TV” in 2022. She has also been seen on Good Morning America, The CBS Morning News, CNN, MSNBC and Nightline. Some of her “firsts” include: The first woman to be the solo host of a nationally syndicated news show, the first person in syndication to be nominated for a national news Emmy, the first person in cable to be nominated for an Emmy for Best Daytime Talk Show Host.


Andrea Gunning

Andrea Gunning is the Head of Podcast Production and Development for Glass Podcasts. Andrea spent 10 years as a television executive before following her passion to spoken word audio. She has executive produced each of Glass Podcasts audio series to date. Beyond running and producing GP’s slate, she is also talent. Andrea recently came off narrating the hit podcast, Betrayal, which garnered over 7 million downloads. Her passions include her baby niece Emmie, fitness, family and the Jersey shore. (Not THAT one, Avalon!)


Ben Fetterman

Ben Fetterman is the Head of Podcast Strategy and Development. He’s been in the film, television and audio production business for 12+ years and is always on the lookout for a good story. Ben is an Emmy nominated producer who has spent the last decade overseeing business development and digital production for Glass Entertainment before pivoting to Glass Podcasts. Ben puts a ton of value on working with partners directly to determine the best way to bring a story to life. He’s always focused on building strong, long term relationships too, ensuring each story told will be a commercial success. Ben is a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan and says the Phillie Phanatic is his spirit animal.
