It was interesting to hear about how everyone is doing in life all these years later. There is so much we can learn about trauma and how it manifests even so many years later. It’s good to take a look at it so we can learn from it. This is a very complex issue that we have to talk about and not forget. This was a very honest and vulnerable podcast that had touched my heartstrings.
